The Organization

Your Talent Agency is an awesome startup that is about to scale-up. We currently have a team of 15+ people (and we are growing month after month). We already work for tech scale ups such as BOTS, OTRIUM, FLATEX DEGIRO AND CLEVR. 
2022 will be our year of GROWTH! This year we are on a mission to grow and improve everything, revenue, team size, customer satisfaction, and much more.

The Job

  • Like every business developer we expect you to thrive on opening doors
  • You are a hunter, always on the lookout for the next scale up that is in need of support
  • You will be part of a small, but super eager sales/marketing team where you can run your own show
  • You report directly to the CEO and will be awarded for out of the box initiatives and #epic ways to stand out
  • You will be part of amazing events, such as The Next Web and YTA Diversity Day
  • You understand the B2B world
  • You are able to build and maintain a warm funnel of (cold and warm) leads
  • You love to hunt, but also like to close
  • You have a high service standard and you treat people like you wish to be treated yourself
  • You can work in an organized way, keeping your CRM up to date. All day everyday

The Offer 

  • Salary indication for medior of €3.500 up to €4.500
  • Salary indication for senior of €4.500 up to €6.000
  • Holiday pay of 8%
  • A laptop from us
  • Phone compensation of 35 euro’s nett
  • Bonus structure that can boost your income.
  • Travel expenses are covered with a business OV card or €0,19 per kilometer if you use your personal car.
  • 25 vacation days if you work 40 hours per week.
  • Working from home and flexible hours is possible after consultation.

Required Skills

  • Write and speak English fluently and professionally
  • Ability to find out customer needs, consultive selling
  • Work independent
  • Experience within a sales related role
  • Have a strong network
  • Experience in B2B, preferably in business services (relocation and/or recruitment)
  • Experience with an international work environment would be extra nice
