Your Talent Agency is an awesome startup agency that is about to scale-up. We currently have a team of about 13 people. We already work for big international companies such as Just Eat Take Away, Otrium, Recharge, Bol.com and NEP. - You will lead the recruitment team (currently: 5 ) with a broad variety of (international) projects. We are currently hiring for this team and expect to grow it to 6-8 FTE in Q4.
- The team consists of 3 Recruitment Business Partners and 2 sourcers that report directly to you. Together with the team, you are responsible for maintaining and growing the client portfolio.
- You are accountable for delivering on the strategic goals and KPI’s of the company.
- You keep the team accountable for updating our CRM system.
- You will activate, inspire, motivate, teach, drive and push the recruitment team to become the best performing team ever
- Operational excellence is your middle name. You love setting up processes and keep innovating and improving them.
- You are a strong communicator and have a hungry ambition
- We like to enrich your job with responsibilities that fit your unique talents
- You report directly to the CEO
- You lead by example and you have a strong background and experience in a similar position ( 3 years+)
- You have strong working experience in the recruitment domain. Corporate, agency, or start-up experience is all welcome
- You have strong writing and communications skills in English
- You are curious and a little bit rebellious
- Operations is your middle name
- You have a deep understanding of how to deal with clients
- You love people and you are able to build long-lasting relationships
- You are hungry, humble, and smart
- Salary between € 50.000 and € 60.000 annually
